Torque 3D was an engine/framework by GarageGames ripped from Tribes 2 and repurposed as a "casual" game development engine. It was arguably the predecessor for Unity3D. While I played around with it a lot, I really only used it for one project, which was delivered under a lot of time pressure.
This was a showcase game for Kia Motors made specifically for a car show. This let the player drive the latest Kia models on the track as well as through the rugged wilderness. A custom booth was fashioned for it, with steering and gear controls.
